What the detail says

The detail explains the occurrence; it can read, for example:

• A workspace needs at least one owner. Make someone else an owner first.
• The store … (…) needs at least one owner, and this user is its last. Make someone else an owner first.

Handling it

The current state does not allow this; read it again before retrying.
