Within v1 changes are additive; anything deprecated is announced here and in Deprecation/Sunset headers at least 180 days before it goes away (versioning).

v1: first public release

API

• Public REST API v1: inbox (conversations and messages), templates, teams, members, recordings, webhook endpoints, commerce (products, categories, orders, delivery, promotions, number lists) and store payments.
• SDK sessions: POST /api/v1/sdk/sessions, with refresh and revoke.
• Partner API: stores, staff members and partner-wide webhook endpoints.
• Problem Details errors with stable codes, idempotency keys, rate limits.

Web SDK (@nexafon/js, served from https://app.nexafone.so/embed/v1/nexafon.js)

• <nexafon-app>, <nexafon-inbox>, <nexafon-softphone>, <nexafon-call-button>; init, mount, openChat, call, startInternalCall, setAppearance, events.
• Pop-out call windows for multi-page sites; the store switcher for partners.
• Wrappers: @nexafon/react (React and Next.js), @nexafon/vue (Vue and Nuxt), @nexafon/angular.

Server helpers

• @nexafon/node, nexafon/nexafon-php, nexafon (Python) and the Go module: user tokens, partner user tokens, webhook verification and a Partner API client.

Webhooks

• Signed events for messages, conversations, contacts, calls, meetings, templates, billing, invoices, catalog reviews and orders, retried for 72 hours.
