## What the `detail` says

The `detail` explains the occurrence; it can read, for example:

- A workspace needs at least one owner. Make someone else an owner first.
- The store … (…) needs at least one owner, and this user is its last. Make someone else an owner first.

## Handling it

The current state does not allow this; read it again before retrying.
