## What the `detail` says

The `detail` explains the occurrence; it can read, for example:

- WhatsApp calls need a valid payment method on the WhatsApp Business Account.
- WhatsApp could not bill the business. Check the payment method in Meta Business Manager.

## Handling it

The request is well-formed but its values are not accepted; fix them before retrying.
