## What the `detail` says

The `detail` explains the occurrence; it can read, for example:

- WhatsApp could not connect the call. Try again.
- WhatsApp timed out connecting the call. Try again.
- WhatsApp's call relay could not connect. Try again.

## Handling it

An upstream service (such as WhatsApp) failed; retry later or follow the message.
Timed out; retry with backoff.
