## What the `detail` says

The `detail` explains the occurrence; it can read, for example:

- This number reached the daily limit of connected business-initiated calls.
- WhatsApp allows … connected calls with this customer in this period. You can call again after … UTC.

## Handling it

Slow down: wait `Retry-After` seconds, or back off, then retry.
