The partner is suspended, so its keys, sessions and stores’ embeds are refused until Nexafon reactivates it.

## What the `detail` says

The `detail` explains the occurrence; it can read, for example:

- This partner is suspended.
- This store's partner is suspended.

## Handling it

The request is understood but refused; retrying it unchanged fails again.
