The store has no free seat for a new member. The store’s owner adds seats or turns on adding seats automatically, or the partner disables a member. See [billing](/v1/billing/).

## What the `detail` says

The `detail` explains the occurrence; it can read, for example:

- The store … (…) has no free seat for this user. Its owner can add seats, or the partner can free one.

## Handling it

The request is understood but refused; retrying it unchanged fails again.
