The prepaid wallet cannot cover the charge. Top up the wallet and retry.

## What the `detail` says

The `detail` explains the occurrence; it can read, for example:

- The wallet balance does not cover this charge. Top up the wallet and try again.
- The wallet balance is too low to call this customer. Top up the wallet to place WhatsApp calls; customers can still call you.
- The wallet balance is too low to send this paid template. Top up the wallet to send it; free replies inside the customer's 24-hour window still send.
- The wallet balance ran out, so the call was ended. Top up the wallet to keep calling customers.

## Handling it

A payment is needed: top up the wallet or settle the invoice, then retry.

## Example

```json
{
  "type": "https://docs.nexafone.so/errors/insufficient_balance",
  "title": "Payment Required",
  "status": 402,
  "code": "insufficient_balance",
  "detail": "The wallet balance does not cover this charge. Top up the wallet and try again.",
  "requestId": "01J9Z8Q4TQ3W6M5V2X7Y8Z9A0B"
}
```

Match on `code`, never on `detail`: the wording may change. See [Problem Details](/v1/errors/).
