The `Idempotency-Key` was already used for a different request body or operation. Use a new key for each distinct request.

## What the `detail` says

The `detail` explains the occurrence; it can read, for example:

- This Idempotency-Key was already used for a different request.

## Handling it

The request is well-formed but its values are not accepted; fix them before retrying.
