The customer has not allowed calls from the business. Request permission first; see [WhatsApp calling](/v1/calling/).

## What the `detail` says

The `detail` explains the occurrence; it can read, for example:

- This customer has not allowed calls from your business yet. Ask for permission first; you can call once they tap Allow.
- WhatsApp does not allow calling this customer right now.

## Handling it

The current state does not allow this; read it again before retrying.
