## What the `detail` says

The `detail` explains the occurrence; it can read, for example:

- You asked for this correction, so someone else must decide it.
- You proposed these terms, so someone else must approve them.
- You recorded this bank transfer, so someone else must decide it.
- You requested this adjustment, so someone else must decide it.
- You requested this billing mode change, so someone else must decide it.

## Handling it

The request is understood but refused; retrying it unchanged fails again.
